Should I choose infrared or traditional?

Traditional saunas heat the air and let you add steam over the stones; infrared cabins warm the body directly at a lower air temperature. How many people should my sauna seat?

Capacity figures generally describe seated adults. If you want to recline, look at the length of the longest bench instead of the headcount. Buy for regular use rather than the occasional gathering.

Can any sauna be installed outdoors?

No. Only models the manufacturer rates for outdoor use may be installed outdoors. Each product page states the placement the manufacturer specifies.

Saunas and other large equipment normally ship by freight carrier on a pallet. Smaller items ship by parcel carrier. The service that applies to your order is confirmed at checkout or before fulfilment.

Free U.S. shipping applies only to products that display a Free U.S. Shipping badge, and the applicable wording is shown on that product page. Where no badge is shown, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Inspect the crate before signing, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, then contact us right away so we can raise a claim with the carrier.

We do not currently offer an installation service. We can tell you what the manufacturer requires so that your own contractor or electrician can prepare correctly.

Some infrared cabins are designed for a standard household outlet, while many traditional electric heaters require a dedicated circuit. The requirement is set by the individual model and shown on its product page.
