Shipping & Delivery

Every sauna ships free to all U.S. states. We sell and deliver within the United States only.

After you order, your sauna is shipped directly by its manufacturer. Each manufacturer has its own processing and delivery terms, shown below.

Orders are processed in 3–7 business days. Many products may require approximately 20–40 business days for production and fulfilment. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Large products may ship by freight, and the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

GoldenWave saunas are shipped directly by GoldenWave. Contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate for your address, and we will confirm it with GoldenWave.

Please keep the phone number on your order reachable so the carrier can arrange delivery.

Tracking details are sent by email once your order has shipped. You can also follow your order from your account.

Inspect the freight on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Photograph the packaging and the product, and keep all packaging.

For Valgard Works products, damaged or defective product must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. We will handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.
