Returns & Cancellations

Your sauna is shipped by its manufacturer, and each manufacturer sets its own return and cancellation terms, shown below. Please read the terms for your model before ordering.

Cancellation within 48 hours may qualify for a full refund. Once production begins, made-to-order products may no longer be cancellable or refundable.

Eligible return requests generally must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returns may incur up to a 25% restocking fee. You may be responsible for return freight, except for a verified manufacturing defect or a Valgard Works shipping error.

An order may be cancelled for a full refund before it ships. Once it has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

For a verified wrong item, transportation damage or a quality issue attributable to GoldenWave, GoldenWave bears the related costs.

For a return for customer reasons, return freight is the customer's responsibility and the product must be returned in good condition.

Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and product, keep all packaging, and contact us right away.
