Manufacturer warranties
Warranties on our saunas are provided by each manufacturer. Nordara Home is an authorized dealer and helps you with any claim from start to finish.
Valgard Works (Eldvik, Fjordheim)
One-Year Limited Warranty from delivery to the original purchaser, covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.
A remedy may be repair, replacement parts, product replacement or another reasonable remedy.
GoldenWave (HS-2, HS-4, HS-5, HY6)
One-year GoldenWave manufacturer warranty.
Keeping your warranty valid
Follow the manufacturer's installation, electrical and maintenance instructions, and keep your order confirmation.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, with photos or video where possible.
We will raise the claim with the manufacturer and follow it through with you.
